Thanks to all our patrons and everyone in the Runcation Nation for your support and encouragement. Because of you, we have been able to keep the show going over the last two years, and now that the races are returning, we look forward to meeting up with you, too!
We wish Josh a very happy birthday coming up this week to our executive producer in charge of hashtags, Josh Ozbirn. We can’t tell you how much your support means to us. We hope you can take some time to celebrate!
Jennifer Hall got a 10K PR this past weekend! Congratulations on your Bay Bridge Run, Jennifer Hall! That medal looks fantastic, too!
Congratulations to everyone who ran or cheered on runners at the Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend at the beginning of November.
Shout out to Darlene, who ran the Madison Half Marathon in Wisconsin, and Chris Twiggs’ son, who also completed the race.
Congratulations to Chris Twiggs for his completion of the Athens Marathon in 3:58:16.
Congratulations to Kelly, who ran the Fort Worth Half Marathon this past weekend.
Special thank you and congratulations to Meg Brower. We know how hard it is to come back after injury and surgery. We want to celebrate Meg’s accomplishment of running for the first time since her surgery this past week. Our special thanks come from making a donation to our fundraiser for The Donna Foundation.
“I want to shout out the members of the Runcation Nation. I continue to battle through surgery recovery and am finally seeing some positive results. I can’t thank this online community enough. Collectively you supported me. Individually so many of you regularly checked in on me. The gratitude I have for all of you is indescribable really. Today is World Kindness day. The kindness shown to me through runcation nation is something I will never forget.
Special shout-outs to
Dawn B Joyful
Additionally, I want to shout out you both Aimee & Dana in the midst of your own struggles Brian & I always knew you had our backs & were supportive of my healing & comeback.”

The Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend is in the books. This week we recap what the weekend was like for us and where we are going from here. We have some pixie dust moments to share, and we discuss how this weekend is motivation to dedicate ourselves to training for the next race.
EAT AND DRINK
Wine and Dine Half Marathon Weekend is an opportunity to sample food from around the world or taste one of our favorites in new and creative ways. We did the latter this time at the Brew-Wing Booth. This is a return to this booth. Last year, we tried their vegan option of brussel sprouts. They are back, but this time, we tasted two different samplings of chicken wings - a sweet one and a spicy dish, too! Plus a cider and a beer from this booth, too! We captured our first impressions to play for you in this episode while we sampled the food and beverages in the air conditioning of this enormous building right around the corner from Test Track at Epcot.
THAT’S A WRAP!
